Edamame Hummus

Are you a hummus lover? If so, you will love this Edamame Hummus recipe. This dip is great paired with veggies and crackers, as a spread on a veggie sandwich, in a wrap, and so much more.



Edamame hummus and traditional hummus is packed full of fiber and protein which makes it the perfect addition to any snack or meal. This recipe is incredibly simple and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.


You'll first need to thaw a bag of frozen shelled edamame in the microwave. Next, you will add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, then pulse until smooth. Check out the full recipe and directions below.
