The Meatless Meals' online cookbook is a continuously evolving, virtual recipe collection. Each recipe is crafted with love and created to provide nourishment to our bodies. All recipes are meat, egg, and diary free. Recipes also contain little to no added oil and refined sugar. Plant-based whole foods are at the heart of every dish. I believe that the foods we eat should taste amazing, promote a healthy body, and show compassion to all animals by keeping them off our plates.
