If you own a high powered blender you may not need to soak or boil the nuts beforehand. Be patient and blend until silky smooth.
Ingredients
1 cup of cashews (soak cashews in water night before or boil for 10 minutes to soften nuts)
½ cup of water
Squeeze of lemon
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Soak cashews in about 2 cups of water overnight. Drain cashews and add to a blender with water, lemon, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Blend until smooth.
