I love the thick and creamy texture of this strawberry protein treat. It’s more like an ice cream dessert than a drink.
Ingredients
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
1 cup plant milk
1 scoop or ½ a serving vanilla protein powder (I made this with a full serving which is 2 scoops and didn’t like the taste as much)
2-3 dates
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. You will need a tamper to push the ingredients towards the blades. I used my Vitamix and tamper for about 1 ½ minutes before done.
